About Paul Wootten Now retired, Paul Wootten was a headteacher in a Berkshire primary school for many years. A father of two, he has always been dedicated both to the happiness of the children in his care, and that of his own children, both of whom are now adults and can testify to his devotion. But, being a big child himself, he has always loved to lose himself in his own, magical worlds, and was able to immerse his children in them too. Writing was always something that he did as a hobby, rarely sharing his books with the rest of the world, until recently. Now, everyone can enter the magical realms he creates. As well as writing, Paul is a keen badminton player, and also an archer.
